Indigo Sky Casino and Hotel
ISSUE: The Indigo Sky Casino & Hotel was built on a site that had over 40 ft of elevation in some areas, and needed to be cut down to achieve the desired site grades and elevations.
SOLUTION: The RedStone team had the rock tested, and determined that when properly processed, it made a high quality paving & road base. The team used this onsite material rather than hauling it off and purchasing new base material.
IMPACT: More than $300,000 in savings.

Native Lights Casino
ISSUE: The owner requested that RedStone accelerate the schedule to allow for an opening for the July 4th holiday weekend.
SOLUTION: Working with our subcontractors and suppliers through our construction management process, we were able to reduce the schedule by over one month and successfully open the new facility as requested by the owner without an increase in the budget.
IMPACT: One month reduction in schedule and no increase to the project budget.
