Lance could be called RedStone’s Conductor of Field and Office Operations, and our clients quickly recognize his role in their success. As Executive Vice President, Lance is responsible for the direction and oversight of all construction operation aspects of RedStone Construction Services. As overseer of RedStone’s portfolio, Lance ensures that each project ultimately satisfies the client’s needs, builds and maintains relationships, and encourages the team to go above and beyond to create more long-term value on every construction build.

He began his construction career in Dallas, Texas as a Project Manager, and he brings a passion for exemplary performance in both the workplace and in the community. Lance has nearly 30 years of experience in a wide range of projects including Assisted Living, Hotel, Casino, Entertainment, Restaurant, Healthcare, Retail, Distribution Centers, Industrial, Public Works, and Office Structures.
